Within this framework, we would like to clarify the following (i) Methods of Collection and Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data and (ii) Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties (iii)  as well as  access to your personal data and your rights within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law No. 6698") with the capacity of "Data Controller" pursuant to the Law No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction.

2.Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

ZİVELLA MOBİLYA may provide your personal data, if necessary, with our domestic business partners, suppliers, officers, employees, counselling firms that provide us legal support , in order to respond to your requests or inquiries , as well as public authorities pursuant to the fundamental principles stipulated in the Law No. 6698 and in accordance with the personal data processing terms and conditions specified in the Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698 and in line with the purposes mentioned above.

Your Personal Data is kept in accordance with required time periods stipulated under the related regulation on protection of personal data, including the Law No. 6698. In case where there are no time periods provided in the related regulation, as well as there is no legal ground for keeping the relevant personal data, they are erased, destroyed or anonymized within 180 days after the relevant reasons processing of personal data are eliminated.

3. Access to Your Personal Data and Your Rights within the Scope of the Law No. 6698

In accordance with the Article 11 of the Law No. 6698, by applying for ZİVELLA MOBİLYA with the capacity of personal data owner; you have the right to 

●      To know whether or not your Personal Data is processed,

●      To know how your Personal Data is processed,

●      To know what the purpose of the processing is, and whether or not the data is being processed in accordance with these purposes.

●      Know of any third parties located inside of outside Turkey to whom that your Personal Data is transferred,

●      Request the correction of incomplete/inaccurate  personal data, and request transaction performed within this scope to be notified to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,

●      Request your Personal Data to be deleted or destroyed if reasons requiring processing of your Personal Data to be evaluated within the purpose, term and constitution principles are eliminated although they are processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 and other relevant regulation and request transaction performed within this scope to be notified to third parties that Personal Data are transfered to,

●      Object to the negative  outcome for the subject person due to being analyzed exclusively by automated systems,

●      Request compensation in case of any damage suffered due to processing of your Personal Data contrarily to the law

ZİVELLA MOBİLYA will finalize the request as soon as possible depending on the nature of the request and in any case not later than 30 (thirty) days free of charge. However, if a fee is required by Board of Protection of Personal Data and any additional cost arises for conclusion of requests by ZİVELLA MOBİLYA, fees in the tariff as determined by the Board of Protection of Personal Data may be requested by ZİVELLA MOBİLYA. In cases where Personal Data is processed with explicit consent and you withdraw your explicit consent, we would like to emphasize that you will be expelled from membership program that requires processing based on explicit consent. You also will not be able to benefit from advantages that you use due to relevant transactions as of the date of your withdrawal. 

We may modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time at our discretion. You may always follow changes to be made within the scope of the regulation on Personal Data and our implementation thereof from the respective page of our website.
